In a labor-intensive industry, employees are critical and MDS focuses on attracting and retaining the highest quality employees. MDS' onshore facility is located in the Dallas suburb of Plano and this facility employs over 75 data entry operators, management and support staff. There is no substitute for a highly skilled and experienced employees and the quality and reliability of the MDS workforce are best demonstrated by three facts:

• Over 90% of the employees in management positions have been with the company at least 5 years and over 70% have been with the company over 10 years.
• Fifty percent of the data entry operators have at least 5 years experience and some have more than 20 years with the company.
• Data entry operators must pass a demanding standard to become an employee of MDS - a minimum of 15,000 keystrokes per hour with at least a 97% accuracy rate. Less than 2% of applicants are able to meet these requirements.

The offshore data entry marketplace contains thousands of companies, most lacking experience and producing work of inconsistent or unacceptable quality. MDS has used its 30 plus years of experience to select a very limited number of qualified offshore data entry partners and projects are assigned based upon the specific capabilities of each partner. Although MDS has chosen to work with a small number of offshore facilities, the data entry capacity of these partners is huge with over 3000 data entry operators.
