• Services - Does the vendor offer what needs to be done?
• Customers – What do their customers say?
• Accuracy - What accuracy improvement methods are available and what accuracy level do I require?
• Security - What level of document and data security do I need and how will this be accomplished?
• Stability - How long has the vendor been in business?
• Employees - Is turnover an issue and what are the hiring requirements?
• Experience - Has the vendor worked on a project similar to mine?
• Process - What process does the vendor follow working with customers?
• Price - How much will it cost?
• Outsourcing - Does outsourcing make sense?
• Extras - Anything else I should be asking?
