- Scale - Can the vendor handle my project?
- Services - Does the vendor offer what needs to be done?
- Customers – What do their customers say?
- Accuracy - What accuracy improvement methods are available and what accuracy level do I require?
- Security - What level of document and data security do I need and how will this be accomplished?
- Stability - How long has the vendor been in business?
- Employees - Is turnover an issue and what are the hiring requirements?
- Experience - Has the vendor worked on a project similar to mine?
- Process - What process does the vendor follow working with customers?
- Price - How much will it cost?
- Outsourcing - Does outsourcing make sense?
- Extras - Anything else I should be asking?
